Cancellation policy

This Subscription Policy applies when you choose a recurring purchase option for VivaLorra® FloraBalance™.

Monthly Renewal

The current subscription plan bills and schedules delivery every 1 month and includes a 10% subscription discount. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method until you cancel.

Manage, Skip, or Cancel

You may skip, edit, or cancel your subscription at any time with no minimum commitment. Use the Manage subscriptions portal or email help@vivalorra.com.

Submit changes before the next renewal is processed. A cancellation or change applies to future renewals and does not automatically cancel an order already processed.

Charges, Shipping, and Failed Payments

Recurring charges use the price, discount, taxes, and shipping terms shown for the subscription, subject to any notice required by law before a change. If payment fails, the subscription provider may retry the payment or request an updated payment method.

Returns and Refunds

Canceling a subscription does not refund previous charges. Processed subscription orders are subject to our Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.
