Refund policy

At VivaLorra®, we want return eligibility and timelines to be clear before you purchase.

30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days after your order is delivered. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unopened, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

Email help@vivalorra.com with your order number and the email address used at checkout. Do not send an item back before receiving return instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number plus clear photos of the product and shipping package where applicable. We will review the request and provide an appropriate resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used dietary supplements and personal-care products cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Gift cards are non-refundable. Items identified as final sale at the time of purchase are also non-returnable except where required by law.

Subscriptions

Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already been processed. Processed subscription orders follow this Refund Policy. See our Subscription Policy for renewal and cancellation details.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item, request an eligible return and place a new order.

Refunds

After an authorized return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be sent to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, email help@vivalorra.com.

Consumer Rights

This policy does not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer-protection law. Customers in the European Union may have additional statutory rights, including a 14-day withdrawal right where applicable.
